A Cait did 1954 damage in one crit late game, is this normal?

I get that a tank wont see those numbers. For a tank, the number would probably be somewhere around 800-100 with a crit, But last night I played a game where a Cait late game crit the other ADC for 1954 damage.

Do you guys think it's fine that an ADC can do 2,000 damage to another carry? People complain about Zed or Talon doing massive that late game but at leas they have to land a few abilities.
