Why do people say Lee Sin never been nerf?

He is nothing like when he was first release. He didn't have to rely on warding as an extra mechanic that no other champs uses because he was already strong.

People on here say Lee Sin does a lot of damage and I disagree. He does very little damage and early game he die too fast. I used to main him back in S2 and now trouble even getting positive KDA with him now. He can't initiate now like he used to and so you have to know when to go in and time it correctly. Back then Lee Sin was a damage dealing tank and when you play as him, you felt like a god. You could spam his abilities and get kill, whereas now you have to time your ability with your passive to make the most out of a fight.

I don't know what has change, but I do know his mechanics are still the same. I believe his HP and Armor and damage got nerf though. His cool down and energy got increase as well. That or too many champions now have CC and gap closer. Why do people complain about his base damage and say he strong when he can't even keep himself from dying in team fight and stay there for a while?

Cause after lvl nine his damage starts to fall off and he is a high skillcap champion that if you can manage to land at least 1 snare he becomes as helpful as vayne with a Morgana in her face generally.

Edit: misread, thought you asked why won't h be nerfed.

I feel like people are complaining about lee sin mostly because he has been at a high level of power for a long time. He is a very high skillcap champion, but I think that now that he was buffed to make him more forgiving to a less skilled player, coupled with how indirect changes have favored him a LOT, it makes people salty to have to face lee sin in 30% of their games. There are stronger champions/more broken ones at this time; that's for sure, but he does have an overloaded kit with a lot of tools to succeed and players feel like this makes him overpowered. I do think he is considerably stronger than he was in Season 5 and a lot of that has to do with indirect changes to him in the form of items (item 1408), jungle changes, mastery changes and the meta surrounding this. Gragas has also been nerfed a lot and he was one of the champions that really kept Lee Sin in check as he could interupt a lot of his abilities and had a lot of the same types of tools that Lee had. Anyway. I think eventually indirect changes will bring Lee down a few pegs. Maybe this new AP jungle item on top of more mana regen in the jungle will tilt the scales in favor of other champions, but right now, there is no doubt in my mind that Lee Sin is one of the Strongest junglers right now (Top 5) due to his nearly unmatched early game pressure, strong clears, and relevancy at all stages of the game.

I believe the simple answer to your question would be because there are a lot of new players who do not take the time to find out everything about a toon they are up against on a constant basis. This leads them to the assumption the champ has not been nerfed, when that is not the case.

I have been gaming in general for years, different games, and I never make the assumption that someone or something has not been nerfed. It would be folly to assume so.

He's been nerfed several times.

The hatred for LeeSin is not so much to do with specifically LeeSin as much as it is to do with a double standard.

There are certain champs that Riot totally ignores, or gives handwaving reworks that piss off the people that actually do play said champion, then there are champs like LeeSin who Riot will never allow to not be viable for 3 seconds due to their popularity.
