Camille gets ganked for. she denies any opprtunity for her opponents to escape
why? you cant even attempt to chase her after she dahse with another dash or blink or flash because everything near he will get stunned no matter the direction like wtf.

why would she use it?

The Camille's I've played against tend to use it to try and stun targets before harassing the enemy top laner, so if you're top side you could cross through tribush (if on red side) or use blast cone into the river bush (if on blue side) to close in on her while it's still on cooldown, catching her offguard.

its twice range dash of zed that doesn't stun and has 8 second less cd at rank 1. thats not crazy
