I own all champions. I dont need champion shards from Hextech crafting.
yes I know "blah blah stop complaining about FREE stuff" or whatever but seriously. whats the point of this when** I could LITERALLY just buy some champ shards from the shop with IP if I ever wanted**. Nothing feels worse than waiting a month for some nice skin shards or orange essence to unlock that legendary skin I've been holding onto only to get Fiddlesticks,Brand and a Darius shard.
Would the potential profit loss from giving players like me this small adjustment be so bad that you guys wont modify this?
remember Players who own all champions are basically already your whales more or less anyways because theres no way you can realistically get all 137 champs off pure IP grinding in a timely manner without being inhuman or a computer. So obviously they've been either supporting the game for a long time(like BETA or S1) or coughing up enough cash to achieve that.
Yet with this system I feel kinda shafted and punished almost being given things I have next to no use for ( I could really care less about the champion mastery system. I actually find the mastery emote and players who spam it to be a bit on the annoying side also the system itself seems like a dropped project.)
Anyone else feel this way? Any Rioters want to chime in on why the system works the way that it does? Wouldnt making this change maybe even incentivize people to complete their champion pool?
