A player has been targeting me personally all game
Ever since the game begun, they have been roaming across the map to gank my lane repeatedly. They do nothing but harrass me in /all chat, reading out my win rate and kda from op.gg throughout the game and generally "low-key" toxic, in a way that can't be detected as such. Apparently they remember me from a match i played against them like 3 months ago.
I mute them and report them after the game.
Next match, they are on the enemy team again. Rinse and repeat the exact same behaviour from the match before. Despite them spending the entire game harrassing me and farming in my lane, my team loses (once again) and blame it on me, because i failed to 1v2 top lane.
Why am i getting matched with this person? I both muted and reported them, i've lost a game against them - why are they on the enemy team again? Shouldn't their rank have risen? Shouldn't mine have fallen, so that i no longer get matched with them?
