Upvoting a thread that is asking for Yasuo's dashes to be looked at. IMO the CD on her E probably does need to be nerfed because it makes TF too good on him... he doesn't even need to build crit if he goes TF.

And then increase the cool down ratio by 20% of her current ults CD.
