The PBE Sylas changes are AWFUL

They're overall nerfs, and the Sylas community seems to agree with the sentiment that the changes are absurd. The two-charge system doesn't even make sense, as it conflicts with his optimal playstyle of weaving auto-attacks between spells. Are you proposing to play Sylas suboptimally to make use of the changes that were meant as compensation, and for some reason pretending that it's a good idea?

i assume they are jungle favored i think they want him to be a jungler since his laning seems to be oppressive according to riot

Sylas will always have a good lategame with the current itemization, and just like every other mage that wasn't intended to be a burstmage, will continue to be played as a burstmage. Even new Mordekaiser will be built full AP. It's not the champion, it's the broken AP itemization.
