I like How Riot contradict themself

Remember before the Assassins update Riot Meddler said that they were going to make Youmus and the 2 upcoming assassins item melee only? No they didn't do it. But instead they removed Attack speed from Youmus Active. They changed armor pen to Lethality and said it would be applied before Armor pen %. No they didn't do it. Ad Caster are too strong for exemple Jayce, Ad Assassins are too Weak exemple Talon, AD carry takes too long to get to late game. What did riot do? Nerf Ad Caster, Buff AD Assassins, and buff AD carry. But wait Riot decided to buff Lethality on top of everything. Which makes AD caster still strong, Ad Assassins Very strong, and ADC extremely strong because they build crit.

If you want to buff specific champion, why do you double dip every class? Talon buff thats fine, but why LEthality. If Zed was suffering why didn't just buff ZED instead of buffing the other class. If you don't want an ADC to build Youmus because you removed attack speed why the heck do you buff LETHALITY. Right now, Riot what are you doing on the PBE is buffing ADC again, which triple dip them even more.
