Cocoon (E) stun now 1.5 seconds at all ranks from 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2
Cocoon (E) cooldown now 14/12.5/11/9.5/8 from 14/13/12/11/10

They finally reverted a portion of her nerfs. Now all they need to do is increase the width of cocoon and revert the rappel nerf and she will be back at a decent winrate.
