I've seen these champions played once each in the last 6 months....
Perhaps... Maybe.... there might be a problem with them. Only seen them once. I bought them both I think there horrible. But no one else plays them either.

Denavai2 votesI seen yorick, but people just play sion instead now. Aatrox was played a lot before a few patchs, so nerf or new god tier pushed him to side. I see more kayle players instead of aatrox now.
Suffice to say champions with nearly identical mechanics will be selected instead when they're nerfed / buffed.
Quepha2 votesAatrox is generic but i've seen him a few times. Hopefully riot will get to the diver rework and give him a niche. With Yorick everyone is just waiting on his VGU so he gets a balance-able kit
