Ability Descriptions blocking view during Jhin Ult

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, so I'm posting it in gameplay.

This brings up a lot of issues since most of Jhin's abilities are paragraphs long and completely blocks vision.

I feel like the map should also be somewhat transparent too (like the ability bar) for the same reason, but only when hovered over.
