Should I expose myself to other roles?

Due to me being a support main, I can afford to just pick support every time and dodge if I don't get it due to how infrequently that happens. I've been thinking that I shouldn't be doing this though, as it would be better for me to use more than just 2% of the roster. Should I be learning other roles and champs that fit those roles?

I was a support main pretty much since I started playing three years ago, and I'm branching out more this season, trying to get into top and jungle mainly. It's been nice, it feels like the game is more fresh for me, and it feels better knowing my own play affects the game more directly. Plus, I can learn new champions and it makes things more interesting. So I would recommend it a lot, yeah.
