every time riot makes a champions who's main weakness is his early game
they give his base damage a boost so when he can just sit back and wait till lvl6 without being hurt

so after denying a fizz kat or akali literaly every minion and showing them under a tower ... forcing them to back a couple times ... you can enjoy your well earned death because they hit their lvl 6
