The reason that CertainlyT came up with the idea of Kalista's passive

Is to help people kite. That's it. To get them to kite and Kalista is the first step. He noticed that people are really bad at kiting, so he came up with the idea to give a hop on auto attacks. And Kalista is getting tweaked on PBE, but I'm not sure if it's a nerf or buff yet. I'm thinking it's a nerf, but it could just switch her power into other things.
