HELP with Lane and Jungle basics

Hey long post but will do my best to keep it as reasonably short as possible. Lane freezing is it worth freezing lanes anymore with the moral Kombat Meta now? As I had games where I froze a lane and my lane opponent gets 1 kill mid or my jungler and now I have like 4 waves of his minions under my tower, and at that point I figure if I die once my tower will go down with as they will have so many minions to tank for.
Jungle kiting I don't know how to do it the Proper way. I know how to run attack run attack run attack but I get paranoid that I'm just wasting my time in doing that. I see pros and good streamers do it (Trick and NB) but will kiting the jungle camps save me like 200 hp or like 2 hp once the camp is over.
Also lets say the game is going ok for the first couple of mins like the score is 1-1 and nothing is crazy does anyone get this item before their 2nd tier jungle item item 2032 like you start with item 1039 and biscuits or regular potions anyone else gets the jungle flask before 2nd tier jungle item ? I feel like in low elo EVERY lane need ganks 24/7 and being I'm low Hp sometimes in jungle I can't back and restore HP I need the flask to regen my HP.
Thank you for comments if any and have a great day

Wave Control: When I lane, I rarely freeze the lane unless it's just beyond my turret range and I know my jungler is coming to gank. If there are no incoming ganks to my lane, I feel like it's generally better to hard shove the wave to the enemy turret and then roam. You're not missing much farm, since you wouldn't have been able to farm under their tower anyway. You force your enemy to choose between farming under their tower or following you. Also, if you get a good gank off yourself, you can often tilt the enemy team against your lane opponent for not stopping you.

Jungle Kiting: Kiting in the jungle won't save you any significant time or health. It just helps you become more difficult to hit with skill shots just in case that particular camp is warded and someone is gunning for you.

Ganking Lanes: I unintentionally touched on this in the previous paragraph. The "Just in Case" attitude. This "just in case" attitude is what allows you to react in time to enemy plays. For example, if you see that your top laner is overextended, and he still has a chance to win his lane (like he's not 0-3 in the first three minutes of the game), you know he's likely to get ganked by the enemy jungler. Just in case he does, you should already be heading towards the top lane for a counter gank, especially if you can't see where the enemy jungler is. If you get a good gank off, then camp that lane hard. You know the enemy laner will be looking to redeem himself, so he will like be aggressive and overextend. Just in case he does, you're still there. Gank him again and again and make him tilt.

Also, if you're the jungler, do yourself a favor and mute your laners. You can't be in three lanes at once, and ultimately, it's up to you as the jungler to decide which lane to gank, not your laners. It's not your responsibility to win their lane for them.

Predicting the Enemy Jungler: Suppose you were at the bottom side of the map, and you see your toplaner getting destroyed by the enemy jungler's gank. Obviously, you should already be running up to the top side to see if you could possibly help. But halfway there, your toplaner dies. Don't turn around and resume farming just yet. Look at the enemy jungler's health. If he's low, but not low enough to recall, he'll probably do another camp. Just in case he does, you should head towards the camp you think he'll do. If he's there, great, it's a free kill. If he's not, then just take that camp instead and deny the enemy jungler that little bit of experience and gold.

Predicting the Enemy Carry: If you see a large wave of your minions building up, you can bet that one of the enemy team's carries will head over there and farm the wave. Just in case he does, you should be waiting nearby, ready to ambush him.

Jungle Itemisation: In my opinion, item 2032 isn't worth it cost-wise. Healing is more about Health Regeneration per second, not total health gained. For gold-efficient sustain, your best bet is sticking with item 2031.

Nice post man thank you ! yeah I agree with what you say but I get really upset when I have 30 cs to the enemy 30 cs at Top and I hard shove and roam to mid for 5 secs then go back top to farm and the enemy top has like 80 cs over me and its frozen at their tower I can't do much I try to farm golems but kid you not they are A. GONE B. the jungler is going there to farm it at that EXACT moment so I do nothing but stay at my tower and get a few ZZZZZZZ in as I can't do much around the map.

I used to be a top lane main (before transitioning to mid and jungle). The key is to make sure you convert your roams to pressure. Not necessarily kills, but pressure. When you roam, you have to FORCE the enemy top laner to follow you. You do this by scaring the enemy mid laner so much that he rages at his top laner if he doesn't follow you. Killing helps, but even just repeatedly forcing the enemy midlaner to recall snowballs your mid laner, and pressures the enemy top laner to follow you.

You know how nearly all toplaners run summoner 12summoner 4? It's for the same reason. summoner 12 allows you to get to a botlane skirmish quickly and turn it from a 2v2 to a 3v2. Doing this will force the enemy toplaner to either follow you or stand around while his botlaners gets killed.

Ultimately, you as the toplaner will have to decide when to roam. I suggest doing it very often, run down midlane whenever the enemy midlaner overextends, or teleport to bot lane whenever the enemy botlaners overextend and you have teleport up.

Learning how to properly roam is what allowed me to climb in my ranked account.
