Funny story - I remember I played a rank game once vs a Soraka jungle that wouldn't "gank" the traditional way but instead would run around the map/lanes healing up the laners - rinse-repeat.
It was Ezreal ADC with ? support and he and the support had to tank the grump and so Ezreal came into lane with literally 20% HP and Soraka was still on the blue around 4-5 mins. It was the funniest game.

I'm evil...I tried HoB rageblade Nami in a blind pick once. Turns out, other than the part where you fall off super hard in the late game, it's actually such a potent mid game that it can make certain predictable, tryhardy assassins ragequit. That poor Fizz player...
