Map control is out the window now with his half duration shrooms that will eat all his mana, and requires him to lose CS to place.

i feel like he fits his theme though. He is a scout allowing himself to be undetected behind enemy lines while securing information with the ability to pick off unweary wanders

utility champs are either dog shit or not utility champs at all Should just focus on being a ambush focused assassin like that templar chick from dota doesn't she have a similair mechanic like teemo? ie set traps stealth when not moving then jump out and butt blast whoever springed the trap?

only instead of bullshit instakill crits its poisons

The third part of him wants to be an immensely toxic A F split-pusher:

AD or AP builds do threatening turret damage
Shroom up the surrounding area to watch for threats.
GTFO as soon as he sees danger (basically gone if you don't have mobility like he does.)
Click blind to stop a auto-attack oriented champion (possibly turning around to kill them due to little retaliation and somewhat high damage.)
