Ranked? Sorry bud, pick someplace I'm not if you don't want me taking advantage of you being under leveled. (I might even suggest they duo jungle for a bit to catch up on experience faster).
Normals? I'll usually let them farm for a little bit to catch up so that all involved can have a more interesting match in 3 or 4 more minutes.
There are a surprising amount of idiots that will take the kindness of the second scenario, then start attacking me before they're caught up. I always take that as a signal "OK, you think you're good now"

Nanuk Pihoqahiak2 votesI tend to leave the person alone since I know they aren't a threat to me. The game is designed to let people catch up to an average level if they've been disconnected for awhile. If their jungler comes to gank me when I am not harming them, gloves off.
Otherwise, I personally see no reason not to be sportsmanlike. You already have a major advantage in them permanently being down farm the rest of the game. You could at least be a decent human being and let them have a fair match. Afterall, you'd be hoping for the same treatment if you disconnected.

Korijenkins1 votesAs much as being sportsmanlike and letting him catch up is the good thing to do I would just farm him. I don't see a scenario where an enemy team wouldn't do the same to me and ranked can be so stressful that any advantageous situation is one I want to jump on.
