I've been rushing Guinsoo rageblade on Varus since patch 6.23. All I ever got before was some backlashes and rage pings over my champion and item.
Now, when Varus players don't get guinsoo, players get all mad and stuff. [sg-lux-2]
Timethief493 votesIt was used on Varus since onhit is the best build. Varus has 3 main buildpaths, onhit, normal crit, lethality poke. Depending on what is the strongest people build different items.

This is also an Issue with Champions and the heaviest with Positions. I dont even want to imagine the Flame 
or other Bruisers Botlanes got before Riot made them "normal".
