Making it 3 targets instead of 1 will make junglers take longer and take more damage. In turn some of the level 2 gank power houses like camille jungle might be seen as too risky due to being likely 100 to 200 health lower after the first camp making level 2 ganks less common.
In return junglers will get a for sure 30ish more gold from these camps early on

Last I checked the small monsters despawn in camps now so that wouldn't be such an issue.
Pokemonred2001 votesThat's not actually the case. What despawns in camps if left alone are any Krug that splits (the Medium krugs that split from the big one, and any of the tiny Krugs. The Medium Krug that spawns next to the big Krug will not despawn if the big Krug is killed and the camp is left alone)
