Manaless champions should have their damage to minions reduced

minions .. not monsters thou

The thing is that every time you play vs a manaless champion, their main tactic is to showe the lane up your nexus so you will lose creeps to the fountain

Usualy less extreme ... they stop at the first tower they find. But those guys arent somewhat paying for being able to deny your gold, they get the full benefit of it while not sacrificing less than mana gated champions because they scale just like you do.

And if you try to actualy get something off your lane you will burn mana to farm, and once you get a gank ... guesss who will be unable to compete into the fight becuase he burned his mana, well certainly not the guy who casts all day and pushes the lane to your tower ?

This leaves players in a lose lose situation while a manaless champion ... assuming he isnt retarded and puts a ward gets a win win situation where he gets a farm adwantage and reduces the chance of any ganks on him being succesfull.

They already have the benefit of casting into infinity and usualy short cooldowns to back that up, they shouldnt be able to deny your game with some built in cheese.

well it IS true that manaless champions should have somewhat of a boundary. usually, they are designed around longer cooldowns and weaker single spells while having to utilize combos more.

tho in reality, they are just the same as all other champions without using resources.

what are the downsides of playing a manaless champion? longer cooldowns? no free resets? weaker skills?.. nope.
