It's summer, so early in the morning when all the kids are sleeping in would probably be your best shot.

This may seem toxic or noob like, but really late at night or early morning is your best bet. During the school year I stopped playing around 2 here just avoid all the floods of child getting on. I dont rank queue ever between 2pm-9pm. But that is just my recommendation.

You will have to wait until summer vacation is over and the kids are back in school.
