Riot: Disable "on-hit" effects from working with Warwick's ultimate

I think this is probably the most frustrating thing about Warwick that I have read all over the forums lately, and recently experienced myself as well, is when Warwick ults someone, and he has both devourer and a couple of other on-hit items, and ends up one-shotting nearly any target, while also maintaining his tankiness. To me, that is a clear violation of basic balancing. If it's Fast and Cheap, it should not be Tough/Hard hitting. Warwick is Fast, Cheap, and Tough/Hard Hitting, that is not balanced.

Even as Skarner tank, who almost never dies with his W up, 300+ armor, 200+ magic resist, got shredded by Warwick's ultimate because of the on-hit effects proccing with his ultimate; that is not balanced, not in the slightest, any game designer will tell you that is a clear violation of basic balancing.

In the meantime, we can raise awareness on this issue, and ban Warwick indefinitely, but Riot needs to address this, as it has become a big problem that I've seen across the forums and in-game myself as well.

First off you do realize WW does magic damage and not physical right? So all that armor does literally nothing for you in terms of survivability

They don't really wish to because that's actually his core identity.

He was designed and meant to be an AA procing machine in the first place you see.

Removing proc'ing on WW is like removing spell visions from Lee, they just won't.

Problem is Riot, they shouldn't have introduced %hp proc'ing or nonsense like that onto items in the first place. It's in the end, not really WW's fault.

And yes, against WW, you build mostly magic resistance and HP if you're trying to tank him. Or you can just get more team awareness and kill/cc (knockback/up, silence and stun all work if I am not wrong) him when he suppresses himself during his ulti too.

Hasn't Warwick been hit enough lately?

If they do that then items like item 3153 , item 3091 become near to useless since there passives are supposed to work with his ult. Also his ult would do next to no dmg without on hit effects so he would have to well compensated. There are champion who burst you in 1 shot like Veigar so I don't see the issue here.
