What if Taliyah's Q had a "reset" on kill or assist?

Just a random suggestion i thought of in the shower, as all great ideas come from. But her Q gives the idea of "constant dps" as once the 5 shots are down the move is back up, but her move counters itself and forces you to move out of the zone you made to shoot 5 more or just stay and shoot 1. I don't mind it in laning phase. But in team fights i don't feel as useful as i could be, but if her Q reset on assist/kill, then she could continue to output consistent dps throughout the team fight, and afterwards she'll be back to normal. I'm not some balance mastermind, but i was curious, would this be okay and not make her op? P.s. make her grounded shit have a lower cd, or scale with cd reduction(or more if it does already) P.P.S. would a damage buff to Q being 200 at rank 5 be fine as well?

The problem is Taliyah is being balanced around her 5 Qs instead of her Singular Q. Additionally it has a ridiculous cooldown time (ten seconds flat?) if they reduced additional Q damages to like 25% but buffed the Q itself (either giving it a more reasonable cooldown like every 8 seconds or buffing the damage) in addition to the Minion change then she'd actually be absolutely amazing.
