obsolete in the toplane.
Hate to QQ but if builds full tank he does almost no damage. So how come 
can build full tank and do stupid amounts of it? Hell i've even seen a full tank 
dumpster on teams.

Secondly why are you complaining about tanks? Ekko, Fizz, and Akali are not tanks, which is the real problem considering their items of late. Get this "tank meta" nonsense out of your head and look at the real problem.

Miror B1 votesCalled %-health scaling. Basically, even if they build zero damage items their kits will allow them do deal decent amounts just because of either abilities or their passives. Somewhat annoying, but also really easy to counter due to many of them being cc-vulnerable and melee ones.
