i also had 22.3k damage which was more than everyone except kog who had 30k

You're being compared to all the other Support Blitzcranks, who tend to run a Relic Shield and share CS. Creep Score typically plays a very large part in your overall grade, although I'm not sure how they calculate that for supports seeing as you are an income-less champion, aside from assists. Your KDA is very impressive, however as someone else stated your overall Kill Participation (KP) is low at 56% (23/41). If you check out a lot of the higher-ranked streamers when they play Blitzcrank they tend to grab some boots and run to other lanes picking up fast-and-dirty kills on unsuspecting laners, which further boosts their KP.
Did you swap roles with someone to take support?
I think the biggest thing there is that you just didn't have a high kill participation, and the % that was mostly consisted of kills. Take it from a supp main, to get an S you need a COUPLE kills and mostly assists with upwards (ideally) of 65%(ish) KP.
Damage dealt and kills isn't what is evaluated in the support role...... =____=
