fizz ult is not bugged

for all of you who think fizz ult is bugged because it attaches to you when it clearly missed, its not. the reason this happens is because the fish does not grow larger in size as it travels, but the ult does, so when it reaches its final destination, it is in fact bigger than the indicator suggests, so if you are near the fish, it will still attach. notice how this "bug" only seems to come up with max range sharks, and not the small ones.
