i thought it would be interesting if the shopkeepers on summoners rift said stuff like the ones on howling abyss do when the game starts and you buy items and all

That sounds nice, a little quality of life thing, but i feel it would be under appreciated.
But I wouldn't mind the option. both shop would say different things, have different opinions on certain item, maybe even share stories.
Only you can hear it of course, but i assume after awhile it will get repetitive if it always the same lines.
Maybe unique lines with different champions would be cool too.
