the current system is that only the last person who sent the report which led to a player being suspended gets the message that they got a player suspended. it would feel good to know if a player i reported got suspended. i think riot should change the system so it sends the message to all players who reported the player.

EDIT: a lot of you are saying that they wouldn't want random notifications of a player being banned 6 months later or something, but the system could just apply on like a 24 hour basis

It could be months before a player you reported get punished (for example, if they only played a handful of games in 6 months). It doesn't really provide any useful feedback to be notified randomly that someone got punished for something they did at an undetermined point in time. It could be the guy that called you a noob 4 months ago, or could be the guy that threatened to kill your family in the last match.

An idea that I prefer is one proposed some time back and I think even Lyte was interested in it; You get a monthly "Report Card" which gives you some data on how your reports have been handled. It could show you things like how many players have been punished since last time and how much your reports contributed to it.

I would prefer being able to see what the player was punished for, such as seeing inting or the toxic stuff they said, and the punishment. As of right now we have no idea if people who really need to get punished are punished, and without context who get punished seems so random.

I'd still want to be informed. I have to report someone nearly every game. Getting a pop up once every 4-6 months that something was done is clearly disheartening. Since the pop ups themselves have no specific information about who or what time the penalty was issued then it's irrelevant to argue that it pop-ups about reports from 6 months ago aren't wanted.

The report card would be great as well. It's been tossed around the forums a lot but not implemented. Specifically, that report card would be a more powerful version of just showing us pop ups every time.

In another region boards I saw an idea about giving an additional notification when a player that you report gets permanently banned (only for perma bans, no suspensions or restrictions).

With the current system, after a year and half, there are people that never received even a single notification of the system, even after reports involving racism, homophobia and etc.
