Riven Q + E are both dashes and will be stopped, as well as Yasuo E. Yasuo ult however is a blink, and as such will not be stopped by Poppy W. Abilities that will be stopped: Vayne Q, Aatrox Q, Akali R, Ahri R, Alistar W, Azir E, Braum W, Caitlyn E, Corki W, Diana R, Ekko 1st E, Fizz + Fiora Q, Gnar + Gragas + Graves E, Irelia + Jax + Jayce (hammer form) Q, Jarvan EQ, KALISTAS MOTHERFUCKING PASSIVE WILL BE USELESS THANK THE SWEET GODS, Leblanc W, Kindred Q, ALL OF LEE SINS MOBILITY CAN I GET AN AMEN, Kha E, Lucian E + Nidalee W, Nocturne R, Panth W, enemy poppy E, Quinn + Renekton E, RENGARS ENTIRE PASSIVE, Sejuani Q, Shen E, Shyvana R, Thresh 2nd Q, Trist W, Trynd E, Vi W, Wukong + Xin E, Zac E.

Elise Q, Amumu Q, and Leona E are stopped by it currently. Illaoi W and Hecarim E will be stopped but the damage will still go through. Ziggs W I am unsure of since Im not sure if that is considered a dash. If Azir R stops it, Poppy W stops it.

Actually i can say it doesn't as I have flayed a nocturne out of his ult before. He may as well have it though if he uses his spellshield. Not sure how spellshields interact with poppy w though, specifically on nocturne / morgana black shield.

There is a video on reddit that show that Noc's ult will not be stopped by Poppy's W. In fact there are quite a few abilities with the CC immunity tag such as Sion, Vi, and Malphite that wont be stopped.

You do seem to be correct, I just haven't played nocturne much in quite some time. I know for sure that at some point the CC immunity was not there, though. (just not anymore i guess)

I know for a fact that Noct's ult is CC immune. You probably flayed him after the dash was considered over. CC will not affect him until after he arrives at his destination, and only the remaining CC duration after landing.
