Sorry, i am bitching and i know. but It is dumb for an item that lets you get stomped early game,,, but allows you to carry late game by assassinating... Is this getting nerfed?

Jax, Master Yi, Aatrox, Poppy, probably Udyr, Fizz, Trundle (though I don't like devourer on him, some build it, I prefer cinderhulk), Tryndamere, etc.
There are only three champions who I feel might be OP with it. Kayle, Xin Zhao, and Shyvana.

lol. most of the things on the PBE don't get "approved" by the players. Riot is all that matters in the end.
