Why do you attack so slow when sped up by Zilean?

Think about it, Zilean isn't putting the wind at your back to carry you or getting you hyped on pixie dust, he is causing time and space to slow to a crawl around him, so why is your ability to attack unaffected by your time manipulating effects? That would be like if the Flash could only punch at average human speed.

Well, if the two champions in that GIF were actually League champs, then it'd be over before you could even blink and one of them would be dead.

It could also decrease AS when you cast it on the enemy. As someone who plays zilean a lot i would love this. It would be slightly unbalanced thou.

I got it, we make it his ultimate, and it completely removes the cap on attack speed.

We already had that as an item, so I can't see it being to much of an issue if he make an area that replaces your summoner spells with an instantly refreshing version of flash, while in that area.

Oooooohhhhhh.... that seems pretty interestinf. Get rid of his rewind and add it to his E! Allies get their MS and AS increased by 90% and abilities cool down 2x faster (not URF, just they count down 2 seconds/1 second). Enemies get their MS and AS decreased by 90% and their abilities cool down 1/2 as fast.
