Interrupt for LeBlanc/Talon?

After both had their silences removed, its impossible for them to interrupt channels, like WW/malz ulting a party member, or Fiddle draining them. The worst is when TF/Shen/Panth start channeling their teleport in a bush before you can combo them, and can't do enough damage before the channel completes. The chain from LB will stop a tele, but it takes a full 1.5 sec to proc, and LB will likely have to double-dash to reach them, wasting another half second, leaving very little wiggle room.

Kass was given an interrupt on his Q, in addition to the shield, while Talon/LB were given nothing in compensation. Kass also has seen a very solid winrate, while LB's has fallen into the toilet.

Now, I think LB has gotten some decent compensation in her mobility/deceptiveness in the .17 patch, but it's incredibly frustrating not being able to do anything when your ally gets CC'd by an enemy channel and there is nothing you can do.
