I'm pretty new and have few champs, so the ones I want to try out are pretty far out of reach at 6300 IP each

if you are new, dont get yasuo. I would even say dont get fiora for the same reason, get Darius first, then work towards fiora because shes not 6300. (i think shes 4800?)

those wern't in ur list, and i dont recommend reksai. That champion is just a "knock-up bot"

There wasn't a list I just said the champs I wanted to try were 6.3k IP on average, like yasuo and ekko etc

It's not a good idea to buy champions that are candidates for big changes or huge nerfs.
