What do you think about Wukong this patch?

hasn't been removed from the game yet so expect him to still butt blast people to the ninth dimension.

That damage nerf doesn't mean much when he was already overkilling everyone

I think it's hilarious Riot destroyed and refuses to fix because he can point and click

It's almost like myself and several others made posts about this being the wrong thing to nerf, because they'd likely have to come back and nerf him again, but nobody read them or listened.

No but in all seriousness, he's at a 52.5 percent win rate overall in plat+. That's about where he should be.

I'm not a fan of his kit aside from his W. He could use a gameplay update towards a more interesting premise

Wukong will never be in a good spot as long as he has his current kit. He's way too binary and low counter play. He's either always going to be suboptimal / unplayable or grossly overpowered because of the way his kit works. He's just dated and needs a visual / gameplay update IMO.

I play aram only and way before they changed runes and masteries, I would stack armor penetration runes/items and carry... One time even carrying a 4v5 because my buddy had to go take care of an emergency. The problem is his ability to position and engage on squishies meanwhile they can do nothing about it...

Teemo/shaco? easy buy oracle, but Wukong, his invis last 1.5 seconds and during that short window he will use his dash procing sudden impact then etc etc... the damage is almost unavoidable and if you can do something usually he follows it with an ult. His kit is way too overloaded considering his q reduces armor + sudden impact and stacking lethality while almost all being unavoidable/unpeelable unless you zhonyas.

His 1-shot potential on squishies is a bit dumb, but he's not alone in this regard. Nor is he alone in the fact that he can do it from behind in farm/xp. He's risen in viability because there's more squishy toplaners and because people finally figured out to go tiamat for some waveclear w/o having to burn your entire mana bar to shove a wave to tower. Next up... tiamat pantheon.

He doesn't bother me, but Katarina this patch tho. No matter how low she got during my mid lane ganks she always managed to outplay me with just a bit of armor... So yeah Kat seems like a bugger this patch. For me at least I hope it was just a one time thing and not some new meta thing.
