Yasuo is a fair and balanced champion right now. I can't believe anyone would try to nerf him. Especially Nerf Master Suck Town.

He should really be targetting, oh, I don't know... Irelia, maybe?

Irelia's already been nerfed, bud. It's Yasuo's turn, plain and simple. They got to discourage the tank build somehow, and nerfs is how they do that.

I'm not lying. Irelia is easy to shut down. Hit her with a form of CC and she's done for, just like any other champion. Build armor to counter her AD damage, health for her true damage, and GW to counter her healing. It's common sense, bud.

And for real, if you are doing bad against a champ, the main thing is to build defensive. And most top laners do that anyway, so its in your build path to itemize against Irelia. If you didn't have a kid's brain you would know that.

hes not a balanced champ hes quite strong the nerfs will somewhat change but the thing is riot just doesnt care about the opinions of experienced yasuo players so they can truly balance him they just care about the majority of people just so they can be satisfied and spend more money on the game to buy shit

In case any one was wondering the point of this thread was that nerf yasuo has become a meme akin to "better nerf irelia". Any one who got a different impression isn't all that bright. It's a commentary on the nature of overloaded kits and how they tend to be problematic no matter what number changes take place. The comparison here is that irelia had so much going for her that she's required constant nerfs season after season to the point she is hardly relevant even when the meta changes because if, at any point, she becomes strong enough to compete she becomes strong enough to make mostly every other pick irrelevant. She either had to stay in a permanent state of underwhelmingness or be allowed to exist in a state of complete dominance. Much like yasuo had become, a champion who had similar inherent issues due to the nature of an overloaded kit.

This whole thread and all these responses are hilarious because most of them completely missed the point. This isn't about yas or irelia. It's about power creep and poor design and balance choices by riot.

Irelia is a champ who pretty much had to get a lead early and end the game in mid game or she's ineffective and loses. Let her push prior to 6 and force her to overextend, call for a gank, win lane for free. If she winds up ahead just try to stall the game out and farm up. The longer a game goes the less relevant irelia is because she has very poor scaling.

She's like a riven, or Akali, or katarina, she's really only effective if she snowballs hard. If you can stop her from doing that you render her win condition null and void.
