Season 5 Change - Add 1 more ban to both sides

I think its fair to have 1 additional ban on either side for a total of 8 for a ranked game. Preseason is the perfect time to add this in, and its something we've been asking for for awhile.

Not hard to do, just add in one more ban. People will get to use it however they see fit, and less people will bitch about all the op champs since they'll have more chances to ban them.

Worried that people will ask for a 5? Just add the 4th now and say something like "well add a 5th ban when we get to ~_____ champs"

That number could be 150, it could be 200, idrc right now. I just think its fair to add another ban with the current number of champs that we have. We've had 3 bans each side since we've had what, 45 champs? lol
