Lux can use her ult with no CD (PBE)

Played a game on the PBE yesterday where the enemy lux casted her ult (yes the laser) 3 times during the duration of an Ahri ult. The Ahri used all her dashes, but wasn't able to dodge the 3rd ult if you were wondering.

The Lux then said in chat how to do it. It was something along the lines of: All you have to do is cast ult, use another aiblity and then cast again. The CD will be refreshed.

So the kid wasn't scripting (I didn't try it myself though, so who knows), but he was aware of the bug and was abusing it on purpose.

At least this isn't on Live like the thing with Xin's knock up, but Lux should be disabled on the PBE until her ult CD has been fixed.
