Quinn needs buffs or a rework

Quinn has no place in the meta right now and I feel like she's weak at the moment. Her q and r could use a buff to be honest. Does anyone agree with me that she could use some changes?

She's be said to be in the marksmen rework.

to me she is fine she is the strongest duelist in the game nex tto elise and urgot. her aa range needs to match vaynes and or vaynes need to be lower her aa range thats the nerf vayne needs is her aa ranged lowered and quinns needs to be higher then it is. but quinns ult needs to have a lower cd in my opinion becuase she relies on it heavily and i usually go in the top lane with her becuase she has great harass and can disenage fast enough with her e.

Learn how to play her better, then you will see she is actually really good

(and her Q and R need buffs? Really? Those are some of the strongest parts of her kit)
