u wait for his cds to go down and if he doesnt use them then have your team kill him then go in its not hard but assassins are trash tier at the moment so you arent gonna do much

If you wait for his ult in particular you can go in and use some form of mobility to doge his knockup. His heal and shield are pretty weak so you should be able to cut through those easier than those of most supports.

same as vs most other supports: you don't ANd if you for some reason still find yourself as assasin in the same game as a support, either avoid them(aka splitpushing) or watch for their CDs, usually rakan uses his CC to initiate which grants a short window for you to come in from the flank on their backline.
