Champion strength is determined by statistics. A champion's kit is used to evaluate how to change a champion's strength.
As of right now, statistics simply don't back up your case that "lee sin is op".

VoraciousX2 votesHonestly his ward hopping is pretty annoying. It gives him so much mobility and 0 reaction time to his ultimate if used correctly. A decent Lee Sin can actually do so much to you and then just back away before taking damage, and you can't actually chase him down because of how low his cooldowns are. I've actually outplayed a Lee Sin properly as Vayne, was one auto from killing him, and he basically covered the distance of 2 flashes to get away. One of the most tilting things in my life. However if you do remove his ward hopping, he'll have no way to actually use his ult to kick someone into the enemy team reliably and then he'll likely be garbage. One thing they could do is instead of giving him the ward hop, they could shorten the range but make it a skillshot dash rather than a targeted one. Then he could still pull off his plays and as a bonus wouldn't need to use a ward but wouldn't have the range to just jump a mile away. The shield could be changed to where it targets the nearest champion within a certain distance of him when he uses it. He only needs a short distance to E to anyways once he gets in.
