Can we let Giant Belt be build out of 2 Ruby Crystals

Orignally back a few seasons ago they rejected the idea to let be build from 2 rather than one. Well things has changed now almost every bruiser has his own inventory of health items. So why not change it now?

to: (400) + (400) + 200 gold

It would sure help when building towards & Randiuns

Why not? More items to build, but more health for tanks. Might be a bandaid overall, but still, it's something.
