If its past 20 min you unfortunately just lose the surrender vote 4-1 :(

Just queue up for another game and move on. It's already done and there's no point lingering on it. I've had plenty of games we could have won or came back from but everyone else simply gave up. Honestly I'd rather queue up in a different game with new teammates that will actually try to their fullest instead of people complaining that "we didn't surrender" and give minimal effort into winning because "the game is lost already"
