For when Fiora inevitably becomes target of Board/Reddit circlejerk
Fiora is pretty strong right now and will only get stronger next patch after Bramble Vest nerfs (prepare yourself for the "RIOT LEAVES FIORA OVERPOWERED CUZ NEW SKIN" circlejerk hehe).
Here's my suggestion: Instead of crippling Fiora's early game as much as possible like Riot will predictably do (a la Azir), I suggest nerfing her lategame and maybe bumping up her early game. Why?
Fiora was designed with the mini-game passive so it would be an "interactive" experience or whatever. What's the point of a mini game passive if you can't even utilize it until you've got way more levels/items? The problem with Fiora right now is that she is THE best duelist lategame, period (barring full crit Yi technically), BUT, even though she is god-tier lategame, her early laning phase isn't terrible by any means unlike other hypercarrys ie GP or Azir.
When Fiora gets to the later portions of the game, it doesn't matter if you're trying to protect your vitals, you're probably gonna die anyways because she will have tons of mobility. So what's the point of the "interactive passive"? There isn't.
That's why her early game should be left decent (or better), and make her lategame less oppressive.
Then again I'm sure plenty of Fiora mains would prefer keeping the lategame godmode if it means they had to suffer early, this is just my take on the matter. I just don't think hypercarries that are balanced by an atrocious early game are very fun to play at all (ryze, azir), and it usually makes those champions only playable in LCS, which is no fun for me :(
