AR? If you mean MR sorry to correct you. I personally get scaling HP for mid if I'm going AP You can get the Armor vs AD champions with item 3157 Same thing vs AP mids as HP is another form of MR and Armor if not in my mind a little better.

No, the glyphs are being used for CDR, and yellows for MR are crap. AR works against Zed, Yasuo, etc.

Magic pen Reds HP per level yellows ( AP per level blues if AP champion) (CDR per level if AD) and I personally take one 26 HP Q and 2 AP Qs. or 3 AD Q's if AD. Sorry again but what is AR? Can't find it or ever heard of it before.
