How do I watch High Elo Replays now that most replay services are Offline?

Op.gg is not working for high elo replays, replay.gg is down, lolreplay2/aof.gg/plays.tv are all recorded by the player only.

I'm picking up Elise and I wanted to watch a high elo Elise play but I can't do that because all of the replay options are not working. I used to be able to watch high elo Shaco gameplay and it made me really good at Shaco. Now, I'm left wondering what to do on Elise save for 1 or 2 videos on Youtube that display a high elo Elise playing. I want to be able to view replays from very good players. How do I do this now?
