Bulk: a new stat to counter displacement.
It's about time we get a stat and an answer to for tenacity not working against displacement, So I was thinking that a new stat is exclusive to certain champions should be implemented into league in order to make it more balanced.
Bulk is a stat that reduces the effectiveness of displacements, causing knockups to be shorter and reduces the distance of knockback Champions with Bulk will gain more of it when they get tenacity items make it an additional stat tied to unstoppability. Only characters with baseline bulk can increase it and there is no other way to get it from other sources. A select few attack's can bypass bulk such as displacement that are considered grab attacks like 
'a E and 
'Q
