How I see the Assassins Rework

Leblanc= Assassin Ryze Katarina= Assassin Draven

They are both unique in a way but the more you play them the more they feel like Ryze or Draven.

Leblanc looks like DPS Assassin, that needs about 40% CDR runes to spam her spell to perma lockdown a target while being super annoying to kill, meaning the ADC have to guess right.

Katarina revolves around picking her blades to reset her cooldowns meanings that she is telegraphing her plays.

Back in the days Kata was unique and awesome, now she's just a copy of draven and her former glory... and everyone else has AOE burst too, so she's not a unique aoe assassin aswell anymore... Cuz "We keep her unique aoe ability" , but "we make everyone else AOE too so she wont be one of a kind anymore"...
