The biggest issue with the new minion system is...

That trying to push our a lane a bit to force an enemy to have to contend with it while your team would try and get some kind of objective no longer is effective.

Having 3 melee minions 6 caster minions and a siege minion is not enough to survive 2 or three enemy minion waves when behind. This was a tactic I would often use to open up another part of the map for a minute so my team could get some kind of objective be it dragon, a turret or baron.

It no longer works. It is basically now a case of someone has to be to every lane every couple minutes making it basically impossible to come back by breaking up the enemy team through making a minion wave push.

Riot if you read this please make this overly complicated minion buff into something that is easy to understand. Such an example without completely killing the buff which I could see some use in if done right would be:

fallen turrent passive MINION MORAL:minions do 5% + 1% for every 5 minutes into the game increased damage to enemy minions when within 800 units of a fallen enemy turret.

This would make it possible to freeze a lane fairly well but would not make things become overbearing which this buff currently becomes.

They should just remove it entirely since it's too hard to come back when you're behind.

That is another option too but knowing riots tendencies they will try and balance it to not be over the top which it currently is.

I just made a suggestion that would be reasonable given that it is not that noticeable until around 30 minutes when I could understand such a buff starting to have some kind of effect on the game.

And heck if we want banner of command to be a reasonable counter or good for split pushing option to force enemies to contend with the lane make a Promoted Minion get this same Minion Moral buff but within 500 units.
