Extra bans but not to increase the dodge rate?

So everybody wants 10 bans and easy wins because people don't know how to deal with champions and with auto fill that strikes whenever it pleases I think its fair that we can reduce the punishment for dodging queues

Care everybody! Bronze, Silver and Gold can't deal with Yi who got nearly 0% pick rate on LCS
